2.1 - The currency accepted is USD and is paid through PayPal or Discord Nitro.2.2 - Commissions are paid 100% after approval of the first sketch.-

3.1 - The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as personal health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.3.2 - Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a transparent image if applicable. Note that there is no physical product.-

4.1 - You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.4.2 - A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing―unless I have made a mistake, in which case I will edit it for free.4.3 - If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The size of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.4.4 - If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.-

I, "mothifier":I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me (the artist) prior to paying for the artwork, though.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially- Claiming the artwork as your own.- Altering the artwork without my consentIn some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.-

There are certain things I won't be able to produce for you, listed below. Please don't hesitate to ask if you're unsure about anything!

――――― COMMISSION PROCESS ―――――
Once you've sent in a commission request through Artistree, I'll respond to it as soon as I can with any questions or concerns. I will then send you an invoice through Artistree.Once I have a WIP of your piece in the sketch stage, I will submit it through Artistree. You can find it on the commission profile. You can ask me to make minor edits. Once you approve the sketch on Artistree's site, I will proceed to render it.I will send you another WIP at the flat color stage if you've paid for a shaded piece.Once the piece is finished, l will submit it as a final piece. You can once again ask me to make minor edits, and when you are satisfied with the piece, approve the final piece through the site to receive a full-resolution PNG image of the piece.-
